Commercial Water Damage – Raleigh Office Building

Commercial water damage was sustained when a water line burst at this Raleigh office building. The manager of this office that was affected called the real estate management company for a maintenance crew, but the management company deemed it too large of a problem for its janitorial staff and called SERVPRO of Raleigh to clean up the water and remediate the ancillary damage. We immediately dispatched a crew to the damage site. Our first task was to locate the source of the water and arrange for repair of the pipe. We extracted the water with a truck mounted water extractor. Then we set up commercial air movers and dehumidifiers to aid in the drying process.
