Being a property manager I strive to make my property a place that residents want to call home. That being said any issue that arises, whether is water leaks, mold or foundation issues, I make them my top priority and SERVPRO is the First call on my list. I have never previously had any company provide the excellent service that I have received. I cannot speak highly enough about your employees. In the beginning of the week, I said I wanted the same people to come every day. I understand that this wasn't always possible. Ultimately, I ended up meeting Brandon, Julio, Jhoel, Tracy, Andrew, Eric, Juan, and Donovan. Each and every one of these people were amazing. Brandon came by and spoke to me on the phone often, helping greatly with communications with the insurance adjuster. Tracy came by even over the weekend to monitor the drying process.
You have wonderful employees, and they have made a nightmarish experience bearable and somehow even enjoyable at times with their friendliness.
