Bathroom Sink Overflow in Wake Forest, NC

A faucet was left to run unattended all day in this second floor bathroom in Wake Forest, NC. The damage was irreparable. Not shown in this picture, our mitigation technicians had to replace the cabinet due to the water loss. They also pulled the flooring and dried the sub-floor. Once this space was dry, the homeowner had the option to upgrade their cabinet to a richer-toned, contemporary maple cabinet and vinyl flooring. The cabinets were chosen from SERVPRO's showroom.
