-Get an annual flu vaccine

-Cover your mouth and nose with a disposable tissue when sneezing and coughing

-Keep your hands clean with soap and water. If soap and   water are not available, use hand sanitizer

-Periodically wipe down door knobs, keyboards, telephones, and other high traffic items with disinfectant
